My name is Toni. I am a registered dietitian, and I am passionate about helping kids develop healthy relationships with food.
I grew up in a home with yo-yo dieting and confusion around nutrition. Then I became a mom. Between diet culture and picky eating habits, I knew I needed to take action to help my kids develop their own healthy relationships with food.
Now my kids genuinely enjoy a wide variety of foods, and dessert is not a big deal in my home. As I went through this process AND as I've helped other families through this process, the #1 thing I've realized is reversing picky eating doesn't take a lot of time.
You can devote 15 minutes per day and start seeing some big results! Sure, some changes do take a while to see, but even those come as a result of dedicating just a few minutes per day. This is because creating an environment that physically and emotionally supports your picky eater is the most effective way to reverse picky eating.
You may be thinking, "This won't work for MY child," but you are forgetting the most important thing: YOU, the caregiver, are perfectly positioned to help YOUR child to reverse picky eating. You just need the tools to know how to support them. I designed this course to provide you with those tools! I hope you are as excited as I am for you to start on this journey.
